A management philosopher, Ghislain Deslandes is a professor at ESCP Business School and scientific director of MS Médias.
Doctor of Philosophy, former Program Director at the International College of Philosophy, he is the author of many books including Essai sur les données philosophique du management (PUF) which won the Prize for best essay FNEGE/EFMD and, in October 2020, About management and a more general problem (PUF).
It should be noted that this former business leader, a lecturer in more than thirty countries, a regular contributor to Xerfi Canal, is recognized in France and abroad as one of the leading philosophers in management sciences: his latest research has been published in scientific journals such as the European Management Journal, Journal of Business Ethics, Leadership, Organization and Organization Studies.
In his interventions, he proposes analyses that consist in rethinking the present and the future of the managerial function. At the end of the meeting, the participants have an original method of analyzing the future challenges of management and leadership based on a philosophical analysis grid.
