In 2015, Alexandre co-founded Blockchain France, a company specialized in consulting and training on blockchain and crypto technologies, becoming its General Manager. Two years later, the company evolved into Blockchain Partner, enriching its offer with strategic and operational technological support. In 2021, this venture merged with KPMG France, where Alexandre embraced the role of Blockchain & Cryptos Director, continuing to shape the future of digital assets.
With a sharpened pedagogy, Alexandre has trained and advised numerous large companies and public entities, including nearly three-quarters of the CAC 40, on the challenges of blockchain technologies. His clients range from financial institutions to public organizations such as the Banque de France and the National Frequency Agency (ANFR), making him a trusted advisor in the strategic deployment of these technologies.
Committed to sectoral development and French competitiveness, Alexandre co-founded the ChainTech association in 2016 and ADAN in 2020, the latter becoming a major voice for crypto sector professionals in France. His influence has helped shape legislation and regulation in France and Europe, notably through the PACTE law, the establishment of accounting standards with the ANC, and various regulatory initiatives such as the MiCA regime in Europe.
In addition to his advisory role, Alexandre is a sought-after speaker, regularly sharing his expertise in media outlets such as BFM Business, Radio France, and Canal +. Co-author of two reference books, including the recent “Bitcoin & Cryptomonnaies faciles”, he is also a fervent supporter of entrepreneurship in France, acting as a Business Angel for innovative projects such as Bitstack, Sorare Data, Swaap Labs, and Tilvest, thus consolidating his indelible imprint in the crypto and blockchain ecosystem.
