Caroline Blaes is a French journalist, who specialized in the impact value.


Caroline Blaes is a journalist who optimizes the impact and added value of your content in terms of substance and form for your various stakeholders thanks to a global and synthetic vision, a strong sense of detail and aesthetics, and by telling stories that are brought to life in words, live or in images.

 

She began her career with the advertiser in internal communication / HR and continued it in a communication agency where she sharpened her curiosity for the brand&corporate culture and nurtured her appetite for content.

 

Caroline also has a sensitivity for video formats, reinforced by her creativity and ability to think in images. It is therefore quite naturally that she turned to TV journalism. To initiate this evolution, she followed a training course at the CFPJ and obtained her certification as a TV Journalist Editor.

 

She took her first steps in TV journalism in a report for France 4 and then replaced a few people on M6 for the column “Expliquez-nous” (Explain us) of 19.45 dealing with current issues in a synthetic way.

As an extension of her activities as a journalist and with her experience working with brands and advertisers, Caroline also collaborates on Brand Journalism projects in various formats (live, web series, in-person reporting, news, chronicle, teaser, event animation…). She works on the editorial line, writing, directing and even as editor-in-chief.

 

She is also a consultant with a facility to immerse herself easily in different universes and on a wide range of subjects. In addition, she has expertise on issues related to change management in the customer experience after having accompanied several large companies (Air France, Sephora, PSG, Le Bon Marché / La Grande Épicerie…).

 

Since 2020, she has been an active member of “Free&dispo”: a solidarity platform between freelancers in the event and communication industries & stakeholders fighting against Covid19. And launches on June 1st “Shift, the media that enlightens you about tomorrow” on Instagram.

 

Caroline is recognized for her positive state of mind and her audacity allowing her to mobilize and federate teams as well as her empathy accentuated by a strong feeling for people and situations: an asset to adapt easily and embody the subjects accurately.
