Julien Callede

Co-Founder, Made.com

Since then, he has co-founded or accompanied various projects in the world of sustainable or sustainable product brands, education, health, sports or well-being at work.

He also spends much of his time between Paris, London and Barcelona, working with strategic committees of large groups looking to challenge their model, or with startups whose mission is to break the codes of an economy that is currently in the midst of questioning.

Bilingual in French and English, he is highly appreciated by corporates, networking meetings and groups of young entrepreneurs when it comes to talking about entrepreneurial experience, leadership, corporate culture or the challenges and roller coaster ride of creating companies, innovative or not.

He is also a regular speaker at business conferences on the topics of business creation, growth, multi-channel customer experience and internationalization.

His style is motivating, direct, honest and as transparent as possible, especially when it comes to evoking the passion of the entrepreneur as well as the nights spent doing quality control in the depths of the Chinese province, the relationships between partners, the management apprenticeship, the human errors of the apprentice entrepreneurs, but also his vision of the current world, of the incredible French ecosystem for the entrepreneur, as well as the excessive and not always justified start-up fever or the need to “give back.

We particularly like his ability to tell an inspiring entrepreneurial story without fuss, or to challenge an executive committee or group of managers on their business while taking into account the constraints of their business or industry.
