Holding a PhD in Management from the University of Neuchâtel (Summa cum Laude) and a degree from the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, she is also an expert in international development and corporate governance. With over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship, teaching, and consulting, she has guided more than 4,900 participants through her conferences, workshops, and transformation programmes—nearly 40% of whom were executives and experts.
In 2023, she founded Le Village Élargi – Platz der Zukunft, a pioneering ecosystem bringing together nine interconnected entities and nearly 120 team members. Within this “vast playground,” Leila has created an organisational model where collective strength drives progress, individual freedom fosters fulfilment, and unity is built around a sustainable, joyful, and shared vision of the world. The Village is organised into three “districts”: The Builders (timber construction and architectural innovation), The Pathfinders (strategic support, training, coaching), and The Playground (immersive experiences, brand storytelling, sensory engagement).
Leila Schwab leads or serves on the strategic advisory boards of several innovative companies, including Schwab-System (4th family generation), Noirewood, Locram, Ferco, Alyem, CoCoBoss, Escape Infinity, Skilsem, and Atmo’Game. Through these ventures, she explores new forms of governance, collaboration, and meaningful work expression.
Her approach is deeply rooted in reality: every intervention draws on a dual legitimacy—both academic and hands-on experience. She speaks on strategic topics such as business growth, organisational sustainability, cultural agility, entrepreneurial succession, and attracting new generations. She is also the author of scientific publications on growth management and the evolution of organisational models.
